Product DescriptionOTF-1200X-80-II is a CE certified 3" I.D. split two zones tube furnace, which can achieve faster heating up to 1200oC and create a different thermal gradient by adjust two zone temperature. The furnace includes one 3.25" O.D x 3" I.D x 40" L fused quartz tube with vacuum flanges and valves for immediate use. Two 30 segments programmable temperature controllers are installed. The microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provide excellent control without overshooting of set temperature with. It is perfect tool to prepare nano materials or film by CVD.
